📋 Description

• Take charge of the launch execution across the partner portfolio. Oversee timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are met from kickoff through to post-launch.

• Craft and manage communications for partners: press releases (in collaboration with our PR team), case studies, newsletters, social media content for Hiya and executive channels, as well as joint announcements. Assume responsibility for drafting, approval processes, and distribution.

• Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement materials: presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, training content, and marketing inputs for RFPs. Ensure all materials are up-to-date as positioning evolves.

• Facilitate co-marketing efforts with operator and OEM marketing teams. Foster relationships that enable successful joint campaigns.

• Assist in international expansion by creating localized materials and go-to-market strategies for new markets.

• Infuse creativity into how we narrate partner launch stories. With over 20 partners, the straightforward approach can be repetitive; we seek someone who can identify unique angles and knows how to engage deeply when a partner is particularly involved.

• Keep the internal team informed and motivated. Ensure the entire company is aware of significant partner launches and celebrate the achievements.

• Develop scalable playbooks to ensure this work can grow with the business rather than relying on a single individual.

• Collaborate directly with Sales, BD, and Product on cross-functional partner initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, or a similar role that involves heavy execution. You deliver results on time while managing multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent writing skills and a creative storyteller. You have the capability to draft a press release, create a presentation, and write a case study that stands out and doesn’t resemble a template.

• Highly organized and composed under pressure. You keep launches on schedule when coordinating with multiple teams across different time zones, and you maintain your composure even when a partner changes a date close to launch.

• Skilled relationship builder. You are comfortable engaging with external partner stakeholders from diverse cultures and locations, and you understand how to keep progress moving without being overbearing.

• Curious and innovative with AI. You are imaginative about its applications, discerning about when to use it, and meticulous in ensuring the final product meets our quality standards and stands out from the crowd.

• Resourceful and proactive. You are adept at problem-solving rather than waiting for instructions.

• Experience in the telecom or carrier ecosystem is advantageous, though not essential. The ability to quickly learn a new industry is more critical.

• Comfortable representing Hiya at events and in partner-facing environments.
