Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Develop and take charge of the partner marketing strategy, outlining the implementation of co-branded campaigns, content, and pipeline generation across the ecosystem.

• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with current clients and partners, which include collaborative case studies, jointly authored content, shared webinars, and features in newsletters.

• Expand industry association memberships, transforming passive involvement into speaking opportunities, participation in working groups, and warm introductions.

• Create and maintain a public partner directory — a structured listing that partners are eager to join.

• Plan and execute the company's representation at major industry events through satellite activations such as side events, networking dinners, and collaborative booth setups with partners, working closely with the Head of Events.

• Host and produce webinars and presentations, managing all aspects from speaker coordination to the repurposing of content after events.

• Monitor and report on ecosystem-driven KPIs such as referral volume and leads, NPS, co-marketing reach, partner-sourced pipeline, and directory engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem development, business development, or partnerships.

• Ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto/Web3 industries.

• Proven track record of executing co-marketing programs that yield measurable outcomes.

• Understanding of the payments or financial infrastructure landscape: knowledge of key players and their interconnections.

• Well-connected within the fintech, payments, or related vertical industries.

• Strong ownership mentality - capable of managing projects from start to finish and identifying issues promptly.

• Ability to think systemically and identify compounding growth opportunities.

• Excellent written communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Experience representing a company at industry events, associations, or in front of partner audiences.

• Willingness to travel for significant industry events and partner engagements across Europe and beyond.

• Comfortable working in uncertain environments and building initiatives from the ground up.
