This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the marketing launch of new partnerships and promote ongoing engagement through targeted campaigns and continuous programs.
• Assist the Partner Marketing Lead in the annual co-marketing strategy with key partners, balancing major campaigns with consistent initiatives.
• Manage the daily execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, marketplaces, and more, encompassing cross-merchant activities.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for marketing leads, fostering and maintaining those crucial external relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with Partner Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to synchronize goals and enhance our partnerships.
• Work closely with the Partner Success team to keep them updated on marketing best practices, sharing playbooks and insights from our portfolio.
• Develop and sustain the internal processes and external documentation necessary to ensure timely launches of numerous partner campaigns.
• Embrace a test-and-learn approach across creative concepts, paid and organic channels, and partner playbooks, rapidly iterating on effective strategies.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Generalist in marketing with expertise in managing comprehensive campaigns that include creative asset development, performance tracking, social media, CRM, events, and more.
• Proven experience in executing integrated co-marketing campaigns across multiple channels and partners simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on timely campaign launches and addressing partner requirements.
• Thrives in dynamic environments, adapts swiftly to change, and takes personal responsibility for hands-on execution.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating with both internal and external teams.
• Creativity-driven, with a keen understanding of cultural trends and consumer behavior.
• Ownership mentality: inherently curious, challenges existing processes, and demonstrates a strong bias for proactive action.
• Experience in consumer brands or within B2B2C businesses.
