This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and manage solution descriptions and messaging for your designated portfolio across various buyer types, industries, and stages of the deal.
• Create modular messaging frameworks that can be tailored for web, advertisements, sales discussions, events, and RFP/RFI responses from a unified source of truth.
• Establish buyer narratives at the scenario level, detailing how Creatio's solution is discovered, evaluated, and selected, beyond just the persona level.
• Continuously update positioning by integrating win/loss signals, competitive changes, and market feedback.
• Write and consistently enhance web content, digital ad messaging, and landing page material utilizing AI-assisted tools.
• Develop presentations for events, webinar content, and thought leadership assets that align with your portfolio themes.
• Generate short-form content across buyer stages, including social media, email nurturing, one-pagers, and solution briefs, formatted for demand generation team activation.
• Independently create interactive buyer tools, such as ROI calculators, pricing estimates, competitive comparison experiences, product feature demonstrations, and virtual product trials.
• Utilize no-code platforms and AI-assisted development to deliver these assets without relying on engineering resources.
• Update and maintain interactive tools as product capabilities and competitive landscapes change.
• Produce sales collateral, including differentiation guides, objection handlers, and discovery question frameworks related to specific buyer scenarios within your portfolio.
• Develop presentation templates and demo narratives for use by sales and solution consultants at every stage of the buying process.
• Conduct internal workshops and briefings to synchronize sales teams on new messaging, competitive updates, and launch content.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to create and implement tiered launch plans—updates, releases, and full launches—for your assigned portfolio.
• Define field-facing launch packages that convey what sales teams need to know, say, show, and prove, coordinating delivery with sales enablement and demand generation teams. Ensure that content is live, accessible, and activated at launch across all relevant channels.
• Collect buyer and field feedback to refine messaging and prioritize content investment.
• Monitor content usage and performance metrics to drive iteration rather than just production.
• 6–9 years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or content marketing for enterprise software, showcasing both strategic positioning and hands-on content creation.
• Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, AI agents, or no-code platforms as areas of expertise. Demonstrated use of AI tools (writing assistants, prompt engineering, generative content pipelines) as a primary workflow.
• Proven track record of independently creating interactive content like ROI calculators, demo experiences, or comparison tools using no-code platforms or AI-assisted development.
• Exceptional writing skills across various formats: web copy, advertising copy, sales presentations, solution briefs, and emails.
• Experience in crafting and delivering sales collateral that field teams are eager to utilize.
• Comfortable facilitating product launches alongside product management, sales enablement, and demand generation stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot).
• **Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience with no-code or low-code builders such as Webflow, Coda, Gamma, Framer, or similar. Experience in writing and positioning for various geographies or market segments.
• Familiarity with B2B enterprise buying processes, procurement cycles, or RFP environments.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
