This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop and take ownership of solution descriptions and messaging for your designated portfolio, catering to various buyer types, industries, and deal stages.
• Create modular messaging frameworks that can be adapted for web, advertisements, sales discussions, events, and RFP/RFI responses from a unified source of truth.
• Outline buyer narratives at the scenario level, detailing how Creatio's solution is discovered, evaluated, and selected, rather than only at the persona level.
• Ensure positioning remains relevant by continuously integrating win/loss signals, competitive shifts, and market feedback.
• Author and optimize web copy, digital advertisement messaging, and landing page content using AI-assisted tools on an ongoing basis.
• Produce presentations for events, webinar content, and thought leadership materials that align with your portfolio themes.
• Generate short-form content across various buyer stages, including social media, email nurture, one-pagers, and solution briefs, in formats ready for demand generation team activation.
• Independently create interactive buyer tools such as ROI calculators, pricing estimators, competitive comparison experiences, product feature demos, and virtual product trials.
• Utilize no-code platforms and AI-assisted development to deliver these assets without relying on engineering support.
• Update and maintain interactive tools as product features and competitive dynamics change.
• Develop sales collateral, including differentiation guides, objection handlers, and discovery question frameworks tied to specific buyer scenarios within your portfolio.
• Create presentation templates and demo narratives for use by sales and solution consultants throughout the buying process.
• Conduct internal workshops and briefings to align sales teams on new messaging, competitive updates, and content for new launches.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to devise and implement tiered launch plans for your assigned portfolio.
• Define field-facing launch packages that communicate essential information for sales, including what they need to know, say, show, and prove, coordinating delivery with sales enablement and demand generation. Ensure content is live, accessible, and activated at launch across all relevant channels.
• Collect feedback from buyers and field teams to refine messaging and prioritize content investment.
• Monitor content usage and performance metrics to drive iteration rather than just production.
• 6–9 years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or content marketing specifically for enterprise software, showcasing both strategic positioning and hands-on content creation.
• Knowledge of CRM, workflow automation, AI agents, or no-code platforms as core subjects. Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (writing assistants, prompt engineering, generative content pipelines) as a key part of the workflow.
• Proven capability to independently create interactive content such as ROI calculators, demo experiences, or comparison tools utilizing no-code platforms or AI-assisted development.
• Excellent writing skills across various formats, including web copy, ad copy, sales presentations, solution briefs, and email communications.
• Experience in creating and delivering sales collateral that field teams are enthusiastic about using.
• Comfortable coordinating product launches with product management, sales enablement, and demand generation stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot).
