This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated partners, overseeing marketing communications and fostering collaborative alignment.
• Organize, structure, and conduct regular meetings for partner marketing synchronization, including coordinated cross-functional forums to monitor deliverables and project timelines.
• Serve as an internal liaison to guarantee that regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders are well-informed about updates in partner marketing and the availability of assets.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with external partners, ensuring alignment on mutual business objectives.
• Manage campaign timelines and work-back schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to offer actionable optimization recommendations to both internal teams and external partners.
• Supervise the complete lifecycle of marketing assets, toolkits, and collateral, adhering to Google’s marketing standards.
• Create, maintain, and distribute partner marketing playbooks, operational guidelines, and messaging frameworks to enhance partner activation.
• Develop sales enablement materials and promotional toolkits to support both internal and external field teams.
• Oversee the creative and brand review processes for co-marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and partner legal requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with external partners, agency structures, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Outstanding project management capabilities, demonstrated by the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder workflows under tight deadlines.
• Experience in creating structured marketing documentation, including playbooks, governance guidelines, and training frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to both internal leaders and external corporate partners.
• Background in fast-paced technology or hardware environments.
