This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated partners, overseeing marketing communications and fostering collaborative alignment.
• Organize, structure, and lead regular synchronization meetings focused on partner marketing, including aligned cross-functional forums to monitor deliverables and project timelines.
• Serve as an internal point of contact to ensure that regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders are well-informed about partner marketing updates and asset availability.
• Coordinate joint marketing plans and campaigns with external partners, driving alignment on mutual business goals.
• Manage campaign timelines and work-back schedules, systematically identifying and addressing risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on campaign outcomes, utilizing data to provide actionable optimization suggestions to both internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing assets, toolkits, and collateral in accordance with Google’s marketing standards.
• Create, maintain, and distribute partner marketing playbooks, operational guidelines, and messaging frameworks to facilitate partner activation.
• Develop sales enablement materials and promotional toolkits to assist both internal and external field teams.
• Manage the creative and brand review processes for co-marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and partner legal requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external partners, agency structures, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Outstanding project management capabilities, with a proven ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder workflows under tight deadlines.
• Experience in creating structured marketing documentation, including playbooks, governance guidelines, and training frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in presenting to both internal leaders and external corporate partners.
• Background in fast-paced technology or hardware environments.
