This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Act as the main liaison for Allegro's designated distributors.
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships to ensure strong engagement and prioritization of Allegro products.
• Provide technical and commercial training sessions, product demonstrations, and sales materials to partner sales teams and Field Applications Engineers (FAEs).
• Create collaborative business plans, regional sales projections, and key performance indicators (KPIs) alongside each channel partner.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, ensure compliance, and evaluate inventory levels.
• Oversee joint sales pipelines and manage the deal registration process to safeguard partner-sourced opportunities.
• Partner with direct Regional Sales Managers, Product Marketing, and Business Unit leaders to execute local promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies within the distribution network.
• Collect regional customer feedback and competitive insights through channel networks to assist product management and R&D teams in shaping future roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of focused experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development within the semiconductor or electronic component sector.
• A proven history of managing significant global electronic distributors (e.g., Arrow, Avnet, Future) or regional independent sales agents.
• Strong grasp of distribution pricing strategies, margin structures, inventory turnover, and multi-tier channel agreements.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities; skilled in negotiating multi-year commercial contracts and influencing global internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
