• Developing and overseeing the ecosystem of advisory, system integrators, and technology partners for our organization.
• Acquiring, onboarding, and facilitating new partners, including resellers, referrals, advisory, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Nurturing relationships with current partners.
• Identifying new targeted partners in line with our objectives in a dynamic, startup-like environment as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Crafting and implementing a compelling go-to-market strategy to attract and engage new partners within our ecosystem.
• Engaging with and following up with both new and existing partners to enroll in the partnership program, assist with onboarding, and drive sales through the channel partner ecosystem.
• Promoting consistent growth in sales capacity via the partners’ ecosystem.
• Coordinating effective communication with partners, which includes training sessions, webinars, partner program updates, demo videos, and product updates, in collaboration with the marketing and business development teams.
• Conducting Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners.
• Reporting on partner acquisition and business performance.
• Aggregating pipeline and forecasting engagements, and providing updates to leadership.
• Creating blueprints for top accounts and plans for closing deals.
• Co-managing and enhancing the Kore.ai partnership program.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in regional and global system integrator partner management, sales, business development, or partner program development in the enterprise software sector is required.
• Proven experience in sales through the partners’ ecosystem is essential.
• Familiarity with enterprise software (SaaS) or cloud solutions is required.
• Experience in developing or executing initiatives through partner programs is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and manage your partners as if they were your own business.
• Proficiency in multitasking across various aspects of the partner program.
• Established contacts within the partner ecosystem.
• Background in business development and alliance management within the technology/software industry is advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
