• Develop and utilize a strong network among our partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
• Act as the subject matter expert for global expansion and international recruitment support within your designated region.
• Cultivate relationships with partner executives and influencers to gain executive support and valuable referrals.
• Provide dynamic training sessions (both in-person and online) to sales teams, highlighting the G-P value proposition and identifying client challenges.
• Connect partner-referred leads to the G-P Co-Sell teams, ensuring clear tracking and promoting reciprocal opportunities.
• 3-5 years of successful experience in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel-driven environment.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI tools to enhance workflows or strategies in a partner-led context.
• 3-5 years of experience in the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll sectors, either working with them or selling into them.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial professional relationships.
