• Your morning may involve a virtual joint account mapping session, coordinating SailPoint Account Executives with a key partner's sales team to discover new prospects.
• In the later part of the day, you might find yourself advising a partner on effectively positioning SailPoint's latest identity security features or collaborating with our marketing team on a co-branded campaign.
• The afternoon could entail an in-depth analysis of partner portal analytics to uncover enablement gaps.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or enterprise sales within the cybersecurity domain.
• Solid understanding of how enterprise software solutions are marketed through partners, including system integrators, value-added resellers, advisory firms, and distributors.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with partner organizations and internal sales teams.
• Proven experience in driving pipeline creation and co-selling opportunities via partners.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence both internal teams and external partner organizations.
• Proven track record of utilizing analytical and data-driven metrics to evaluate partner engagement and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in creating joint account plans, conducting account mapping exercises, and implementing partner sales strategies.
• Self-motivated individual with a robust work ethic, capable of taking ownership of partner relationships and initiatives.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and partner organizations.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
