This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee both sell-side and buy-side mandates, encompassing valuation, strategic positioning, and due diligence.
• Utilize your established network and community to identify high-value digital assets such as SaaS, Ecommerce, Apps, and Content sites.
• Serve as the primary advisor for founders, guiding them through exit strategies and optimizing their valuation on the Flippa platform.
• Employ Flippa’s internal legal, marketing, and payment (Escrow) systems to facilitate smooth deal closures.
• Ex-Founder / Entrepreneur: You have successfully built, scaled, and ideally exited your own enterprise, allowing you to communicate fluently in the founder’s vernacular.
• Digital Business Expert: You hold an exceptional understanding of digital business models, including SaaS metrics, LTV/CAC, Amazon FBA, or AdTech.
• Experienced M&A Professional: You possess a proven background in business brokerage or investment banking.
