This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the complete partner integration process (onboarding → certification → go-live → ongoing support)
• Advise partners on constructing and maintaining integrations utilizing Hostaway APIs and best practices
• Facilitate and support partner-developed integrations by offering technical direction and best practices, without directly creating integrations
• Deliver continuous technical assistance throughout the partner lifecycle, covering API functionality, data flows, and integration best practices
• Contribute to larger technical and API initiatives, which include new feature launches, enhancements, and partner engagement
• Clearly communicate API updates, modifications, and changelog activities to partners to ensure awareness and proper execution
• Validate integrations during the certification process and readiness for go-live
• Monitor the health of integrations and proactively identify potential risks or issues
• Ensure partners adhere to Hostaway's technical and certification criteria
• Troubleshoot issues related to APIs (authentication, webhooks, data synchronization, rate limits)
• Provide technical support for over 200 partners through Slack and email
• Develop and enhance integration support processes and documentation
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, integrations, or API-related roles
• Strong comprehension of APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Exceptional written English skills for partner-facing communication
• Experience in a remote, asynchronous SaaS environment
• Ability to work with EST overlap and flexibility across various time zones as necessary
• Strong sense of ownership with the capability to work independently
• Proven track record of managing multiple technical challenges and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with collaboration and support tools such as Slack and Zendesk
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience in supporting partner-developed integrations or developer ecosystems
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
• Experience using API tools (Postman, logs, debugging tools)
• Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for partner tracking
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product or Engineering teams
