Partner Hub Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for managing the comprehensive partner experience within the Seller Central / Partner Hub, consistently enhancing the self-service experience for marketplace partners.

• You gather, organize, and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, Customer Success, and direct feedback from partners.

• You convert business requirements into well-defined user stories, problem statements, and user flows while closely collaborating with Product and Tech teams.

• You establish and track key performance indicators such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, seller NPS, and ticket volume reduction to facilitate ongoing optimization.

• You pinpoint opportunities for automation and process enhancements to minimize manual onboarding efforts and elevate the partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product, Platform, or Marketplace setting.

• You have practical experience with self-service platforms or partner-oriented tools and a solid understanding of digital user journeys.

• You blend a structured and analytical perspective with a strong comprehension of technical systems and platform logic.

• You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside stakeholders from both Business and Tech functions, and value open communication within global teams.
