Partner Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in developing a scalable enablement ecosystem that allows our marketplace partners to utilize our platform independently and effectively.

• Your role will involve working at the confluence of content, product, technical integrations, and partner experience, creating innovative learning and communication formats that yield significant results.

• In this position, you will convert intricate technical and operational processes into accessible and engaging content while continuously enhancing the partner onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• You will establish and manage a scalable Knowledge Base as the primary enablement resource for our marketplace partners.

• You will design captivating learning formats such as detailed guides, video tutorials, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting flows.

• You will work closely with the Technical Integration Team to convert onboarding insights into practical, easy-to-understand content.

• You will evaluate content performance, onboarding effectiveness, and support requests to continually refine self-service offerings and improve partner experience.

• You will aid in accelerating partner activation and enhancing feature adoption through impactful content and communication strategies.
