This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions for partners on Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices.

• Collaborate in the design and implementation of training programs that encompass products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages.

• Develop and curate training materials such as presentations, webinars, and product guides, specifically tailored for different partner segments.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the partner enablement program.

• Provide management with regular updates and insights regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement efforts.

• Cultivate relationships with advanced regional partners and serve as the primary contact and technical advocate for inquiries and challenges.

• Offer continuous partner support, address technical inquiries, and help navigate obstacles.

• Facilitate the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support and Customer Success teams through effective handoffs.

• Address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and effective manner.

• Ensure that business objectives are clearly defined and successfully met.

• Accelerate time to value through structured project playbooks.

• Work in conjunction with sales and global services teams to enable partners to scope and execute Keyfactor projects efficiently.

• Engage in cross-functional meetings to align business priorities and maintain consistent messaging for partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• Extensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards.

• Profound knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies.

• Ability to analyze intricate issues and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Experience in large enterprise IT environments through service delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement.

• Strong consulting skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.

• Moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems.

• Familiarity with core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.

• Moderate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective time management and prioritization skills for complex partner deployments.

• Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.

• Proficiency with Unix/Linux.

• Moderate experience in scripting development using Microsoft tools, including SQL and PowerShell.

• Eagerness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as required.

• Competence with Microsoft 365.

• Understanding of the Kerberos protocol and OAuth authentication.

• Familiarity with the EJBCA product stack.

• Capability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
