This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Help Center: Create, update, and enhance knowledge articles within the Help Center. Implement a regular content review cycle to guarantee that all articles remain precise, relevant, and user-friendly.
• Develop training materials: Create written resources for partner and Partnership Success Manager (PSM) training sessions. Collaborate closely with the Manager of Partner and User Training to ensure content aligns with partner requirements. Assist in translating technical terminology into accessible and understandable content.
• Write and edit video scripts: Produce clear and engaging scripts for training and product videos. Revise scripts created by others to ensure consistency in voice, accuracy, and adherence to formatting standards.
• Create and uphold a style guide: Develop a comprehensive style guide for all content produced by Murmuration. Take ownership of the ongoing enforcement of style standards to maintain consistency and quality across all types of content.
• Review and QA all training content: Act as a quality control resource for the team's content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with style guidelines.
• Enhance knowledge operations: Proactively identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in the organization and presentation of knowledge. Suggest and implement enhancements to tools, workflows, and content architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or content strategy, with a proven record of managing a content library or knowledge base;
• Proven experience in writing and editing for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical readers;
• Demonstrated capability to develop and enforce style guides and content standards;
• Experience in writing or editing scripts for video content (training, product, or explainer formats);
• Familiarity with technology tools and the terminology typically associated with them;
• Knowledge of knowledge management systems and Help Center platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Confluence, Pendo, or similar);
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a content review cycle across a large volume of articles;
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with training personnel, partnership teams, and subject matter experts.
