This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage with potential partners throughout EMEA and Brazil.
• Establish and oversee a robust pipeline of partner discussions and opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships from initial contact to activation, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition.
• Keep thorough documentation and maintain organization across outreach and CRM platforms.
• Over 2 years of experience in comparable positions (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Background in SaaS or B2B settings with a focus on HR.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish and Portuguese.
