This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Maintaining relationships with current clients, measurable through Gained Partner Business.
• Collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering revenue growth through Wildix products.
• Regularly communicating relevant products and services that could enhance their business.
• Serving as the primary contact for around 20 existing accounts, addressing their quote and information inquiries.
• Boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Delivering product demonstrations to partners' prospects.
• Engaging in high-level discussions with C-Level and VP-level executives to address their business requirements.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings.
• Utilizing Salesforce CRM for timely and precise tracking of sales activities and status updates.
• Strategically working with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities and challenges, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Traveling frequently for business purposes.
• 5 years of experience in indirect sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to convey ideas clearly and engage effectively with both team members and partners.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and proactive.
• Capable of working in a structured and professional manner to meet sales objectives.
• A team player who enjoys collaboration.
• Native-level proficiency in French and a high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
