This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute partner marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and activating new partners.
• Collaborate closely with partners, as well as sales and marketing teams.
• Create co-marketing initiatives.
• Develop enablement resources.
• Plan and implement multi-channel partner campaigns.
• Enhance partner onboarding and training programs.
• Evaluate campaign performance and partner engagement.
• Expertise in channel marketing – demonstrated experience in B2B partner marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Proficient in strategic go-to-market execution – capable of designing and implementing scalable joint marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Data-driven and focused on ROI – familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM (particularly HubSpot), PRM platforms, and other relevant partner tools.
• Strong project management and delivery skills – adept at managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Relationship management expertise – proficient in working with partners and promoting collaboration.
• A background in accessibility is a plus.
