This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee daily communications and tactical execution with designated partners, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster partner performance and hold partners accountable for pipeline development, lead generation, and revenue contributions.
• Aid in the development of the partner ecosystem through enablement programs, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and operations on partner strategies and joint execution.
• Monitor partner-related projects, joint campaigns, KPIs, deliverables, pipeline development, and revenue targets.
• Assist with partner business plans, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), co-selling motions, reporting, strategic planning sessions, and partner-facing events.
• Enhance partner engagement through regular interactions, training sessions, and shared performance metrics.
• Maintain precise partner plans, CRM records, and reporting on partner activities and pipeline status.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partner experience and suggest improvements to processes, tools, or materials.
• Support tactical execution, enablement, and daily management of Cority’s partner ecosystem to scale SaaS software revenue.
• A minimum of 5 years in channel or partner management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple partners, business development, enablement, onboarding, and handling competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several initiatives and timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets through partner channels.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to align and execute on partner objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in collaborating with internal teams to align and execute on partner goals.
• Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and project management software.
• Ability to hold external stakeholders accountable while fostering positive partnerships.
