This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Communicate and promote the UiPath Platform and Agentic vision of the roadmap and services to our partner community to drive revenue growth while ensuring a customer/partner-centric approach.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Field Sales leadership to create a unified go-to-market strategy targeting the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
• Cultivate an ecosystem of Enterprise Partners eager to collaboratively transform their customer businesses through the implementation of UiPath automation software.
• Establish a streamlined process to swiftly enhance a partner’s marketing, sales, and delivery capabilities centered around UiPath.
• Ensure that Enterprise partners receive effective training and enablement tailored to their unique personas, allowing them to successfully lead and execute sales campaigns as an extension of UiPath.
• Jointly manage, along with UiPath, the quarterly sales funnel from opportunity identification to deal closure and partner service delivery.
• Quantitatively define a management system for the Enterprise Partner Business through SFDC reporting.
• Proficiently address partner/customer conflicts that may arise both internally and externally, supported by proven examples of conflict management and leadership.
• Share effective methodologies previously employed to foster leadership through tools, sales techniques, and account/partner management with channel peers and sales teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in Partner Management or at a Director Level.
• Proven experience and industry expertise in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
• A successful history of rapidly expanding a go-to-market channel organization while fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
• Documented success in partner strategic planning, owning sales targets, and managing sales forecasts.
• Strong business acumen and experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Use cases are highly encouraged.
• Exceptional business development and negotiation capabilities, along with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively promote collaborative ideas.

• $51K – $66K Commission
