Partner Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic partner business plans that align with regional growth objectives in collaboration with our sales leadership.

• Cultivate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue through collaborative go-to-market strategies with our selected partners.

• Work closely with field sales teams to pinpoint target accounts, outline partner strategies, and expedite opportunities.

• Enhance partner capabilities through training, sales strategies, solution positioning, and value-based messaging.

• Conduct regular business reviews, pipeline assessments, and executive engagement sessions with partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of substantial experience in channel sales, partner management, alliances, or ecosystem development within the realms of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise software.

• Demonstrated success in driving partner pipeline, contributing to revenue, and executing go-to-market strategies.

• Strong comprehension of the partner ecosystem throughout Greater China.

• Capability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, sales leaders, and technical teams within partner organizations.

• Robust experience in business planning, forecasting, and performance management using precise metrics and operational rhythms.
