This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Deliver Sales Enablement Services to Optiv Pre-Sales Resources and Clients.
• Present and thoroughly discuss Google solutions, technologies, and their use cases.
• Oversee GCS/Optiv Use Case Development, Documentation, and Demonstration functions.
• Manage Technical Sales Tools and Technical Documentation including sizing guidelines, best practice guides, and integration manuals.
• Identify opportunities for Optiv to implement Google Security Solutions such as GCS SecOps Solutions, Optiv MSSP Solutions, workshops, assessments, and conducting demonstrations.
• Guide Pre-sales teams on demos and conduct Proof-of-Concepts.
• Facilitate opportunity progression and promotion.
• Develop a rhythm for pre-sales Solutions architect and provide informal training.
• Engage in discussions and Use Case Demonstrations.
• Participate in Product Roadmap discussions and Solutions Offering Matrix.
• Create Services Mapping Guides around Partner POC and Customer Engagement guidelines.
• Construct both Scripted and Interactive Demonstrations.
• Serve as Client Advisors.
• Provide Customer Retention/Maximization Services.
• Ensure alignment with Best Practices.
• Collaborate with Domain Advisory on Product Capabilities and Scoping (goal oriented).
• Engage with offerings within Delivery Practices for Deployment.
• Validate practices against Best Practice guidelines consistently.
• Offer transactional support for Partners and services (advisement and validation on Scoping, Level of Effort).
• Shadow Consulting up to twice a year.
• Shadow Vendors or Internal Consulting teams.
• Focus on Product Maximization Efforts at current Clients.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Architects on critical questions to ensure optimal use of acquired technology.
• Conduct Enablement Workshops for Assigned Partners (limited to half-day sessions).
• Provide upsell guidance based on significant use cases and indicators.
• Develop Client Best Practice assessment guides and workshops tailored for clients.
• Act as an escalation point for Optiv Services.
• Technical Expert in Core Partner products.
• Highest level of technical certification(s) in the assigned partner.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles in SIEM, SOAR, MSSP Programs, and other SecOps solutions.
• Ideal candidates should have experience with Google Cloud Security solutions (previously known as Chronicle).
• Experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales environments.
• Capable of communicating effectively with customers and internal personnel, including large public speaking engagements.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 40%, for client and/or partner events and meetings.
