This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with assigned channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new partners that align with Arctera's strategic goals.
• Create collaborative go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives.
• Provide training and enablement programs for partners.
• Conduct quarterly business assessments with key partners.
• Work alongside direct sales teams on territory planning and managing opportunities.
• Generate a partner-driven pipeline and impact revenue sourced through partners.
• Organize marketing campaigns, webinars, and events in collaboration with partner organizations.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and growth strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, alliance management, or partner development.
• Familiarity with working alongside distributors and value-added resellers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets through channels.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building and executive-level communication.
• Proficient with CRM and partner relationship management systems.
