Partner AI Deployment Engineer – AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the senior technical liaison to AWS field leadership, fostering trust and credibility across various regions and teams.

• Influence joint account strategies and technical trajectories for high-priority opportunities.

• Define engagement models, prioritization frameworks, and best practices to shape OpenAI's collaboration with AWS.

• Actively identify and pursue new opportunities and significant use cases within the AWS ecosystem.

• Lead the technical strategy for large, complex, and high-stakes enterprise engagements.

• Support customers from the initial ideation stage through architecture design, prototyping, and production deployment.

• Serve as a technical decision-maker and point of escalation, mitigating risks associated with complicated implementations.

• Design and communicate comprehensive AI architectures that utilize OpenAI and AWS services.

• Develop and guide the creation of prototypes, POCs, and reference implementations to facilitate adoption.

• Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and production-ready Generative AI systems.

• Empower AWS and partners through scalable technical initiatives, including workshops, playbooks, reference architectures, and demos.

• Create reusable solution patterns and assets that can be independently deployed by AWS teams and SIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 8 years of experience in technical consulting (or a similar field), managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.

• Function as a technical leader and systems thinker, rather than merely an individual contributor.

• Balance practical building with strategic influence and scalability.

• Know when to delve deeply into technical details versus enabling others to carry out execution.

• Quickly build trust with engineers, architects, and executives.

• Prefer creating repeatable patterns instead of custom one-off solutions.

• Be comfortable managing ambiguous, high-visibility problem areas.

• Maintain a long-term, ecosystem-oriented perspective on impact.

• Be driven by the goal of ensuring customer and partner success at scale.
