Partner – AI & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a cohesive AI strategy across three areas: internal operations and workflows, consulting projects, and product innovation.

• Foster alignment on objectives, prioritize investments, and address the challenges that arise from rapid capability expansion across various teams.

• Act as a vital resource for account leaders during client discussions, demonstrating comfort with methodological choices, trade-offs, and associated risks.

• Manage the business case for AI investments, encompassing build cost estimations, ROI frameworks, and monitoring time and revenue returns against expectations.

• Establish the AI communication narrative and market positioning, aligned with Beghou's overarching go-to-market strategy.

• Determine staffing needs and delivery methods for customized AI and analytics projects, including evaluating, shaping, and reallocating talent.

• Maintain a centralized perspective on the requirements for our personnel to operate effectively within an AI-enhanced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in life sciences and AI or advanced analytics, with significant exposure in a consulting or advisory role.

• Proven experience in leading or supervising AI-driven initiatives in pharmaceutical commercial contexts, with the ability to articulate successes, failures, and underlying reasons.

• Knowledge of contemporary AI/ML methodologies (LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, agentic systems) at a level suitable for informed strategic decision-making.

• Practical insight into commercial AI systems in life sciences — not only familiarity with tools but also hands-on experience with the design, deployment, and evaluation of these systems in real-world commercial situations.

• A history of cross-functional leadership and organizational alignment in complex, dynamic environments.

• Experience in leading or contributing to business development within a professional services or consulting framework.

• A demonstrated commitment to staying updated — actively experimenting with new tools, tracking capability advancements, and translating innovations into relevant business applications for both the organization and clients.

• An advanced degree in a pertinent field (Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience).
