
Partner Account Manager β SaaS Reseller Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify, engage, and negotiate agreements with strategic reseller partners throughout North America.
β’ Oversee the commercial and operational onboarding of new partners, ensuring they comprehend our reseller model, pricing framework, and provisioning tools.
β’ Provide sales enablement and Train-the-Trainer sessions that empower partner sales teams to effectively position and demonstrate our solutions.
β’ Create annual and quarterly business plans with partners, monitoring performance against forecasts and growth objectives.
β’ Assist partners on strategic sales initiatives through co-selling while maintaining a partner-first mentality and ensuring they retain the customer relationship.
β’ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess business performance, pinpoint expansion opportunities, minimize churn, and enhance partner success.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in SaaS partner management, channel sales, or business development.
β’ Demonstrated experience collaborating with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Professional Services organizations, hyperscaler marketplaces, or comparable partner ecosystems.
β’ A robust network of prospective partners within the U.S.
β’ Strong relationship management abilities with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
β’ A commercial, data-driven mindset with experience in managing forecasts, sales pipelines, and business performance.
β’ Solid business acumen combined with the ability to grasp technical concepts and effectively communicate the value of SaaS solutions.
β’ Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
