Partner Account Manager – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and engage strategic system integrators and technology collaborators.

• Partner Development: Provide training and support to partners to ensure they can successfully sell and implement IS-Wireless solutions.

• Channel Development: Create and implement joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.

• Revenue Pipeline Management: Enhance indirect revenue by overseeing the partner sales pipeline and facilitating complex transactions.

• Relationship Building: Establish long-lasting, high-value connections with partner leadership teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Partnership Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within the IT/Telco industry.

• Strategic Insight: Capability to formulate and execute intricate channel strategies that align with corporate growth objectives.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to convey the advantages of Open RAN and disaggregated networks to partner teams.

• Market Connections: Established relationships with leading system integrators or telecom partners in Western Europe.

• Proficient English: Competence to lead negotiations and workshops in an international context.
