This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and enhance IBM partner programs, consisting of roughly 75% Partner Programs and 25% Go-To-Market.
• Recognize, monitor, report, and strategically oversee proficiencies and certifications.
• Collaborate with AHEAD stakeholders to coordinate IBM demand generation campaigns and events.
• Facilitate IBM enablement initiatives alongside engineers and sales teams.
• Establish practices around key IBM solution areas in collaboration with the AHEAD services team.
• Formulate sales strategies aimed at expanding current business, optimizing margins, and structuring innovative deals.
• Identify and explore opportunities in new product categories, customer segments, and business lines.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of quoting tools, pricing frameworks, SKU management, product configurations, and quoting procedures.
• Monitor and report on rebates, investments, programs, incentives, and associated metrics.
• Develop and disseminate internal content via newsletters and team meetings.
• Track pipeline and registrations, assist with forecasting, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Examine misaligned deals and enhance margins, incentives, and profitability.
• Provide timely deal support, account mapping, and introductions for sales teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators, milestones, and commitments of strategic partnerships.
• Identify customer growth opportunities through increased product and solution adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert on compliance requirements and audits for customers and manufacturers.
• Evaluate risks, suggest solutions, and drive appropriate next steps.
• Support partner managers with strategic partner go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage and oversee IBM’s Partner Advantage program.
• Demonstrated experience in program management, partner management, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tracking and reporting metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience in sales support or business development is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support partnerships, as necessary.
