This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Employ contemporary data scraping, mining techniques, and cutting-edge prospecting technology to identify new CPA and Accountant firms in previously untapped geographic areas.
• Sustain a flawless sales pipeline that is both predictable and seamlessly transitions through all stages, arranging and facilitating meetings to consistently produce high-quality leads.
• Create, implement, and refine high-volume cold outreach and nurturing campaigns to introduce the innovative Human Interest partnership narrative to essential accounting stakeholders for the first time.
• Enhance the speed from "First Contact to Lead," ensuring a quick conversion of cold data into highly engaged, active referral accounts.
• Educate partners on Partner Connect, our leading product tailored specifically for CPAs and accountants.
• Develop, strengthen, and elevate new referral relationships with CPAs and Accountants, illustrating how a modern, automated 401(k) platform adds significant strategic value to their advisory practices and clients.
• Position Human Interest favorably against stagnant legacy solutions, informing partners of how we are optimally positioned to collaborate with them today and support their future growth.
• Propel predictable pipeline throughput and achieve or surpass key metrics, including: Bookings / ACV, New Partnerships, Lead Volume, and Meetings Scheduled & Attended.
• Effectively scale, nurture, and oversee a comprehensive portfolio of active partner accounts when fully ramped, maintaining high engagement through structured digital interactions.
• Keep accurate, trackable, and detailed records of all sales cycles, interactions, and account milestones within Salesforce and Outreach.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Partner Marketing, Inside Leadership, Product, and Legal to enhance targeted messaging and expand demand-generation initiatives (webinars, co-branded educational materials, etc.).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a quota-driven sales, business development, or partner management setting.
• Successful: A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing outbound activity and pipeline-generation objectives in a high-performance sales environment.

• Experience in the B2B SaaS, fintech, or SMB channel sectors—particularly involving CPAs or accountants—is highly preferred.
• Completion of coursework or participation in College-Level Professional Sales Programs is a significant advantage.
