This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop, establish, and enhance referral relationships with technology partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors within the SMB sector.
• Create and cultivate strategic referral networks and alliances aimed at lead generation and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Proactively detect and address emerging challenges, providing solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Partner with Partner Marketing to innovate and implement unique initiatives that promote partner sales (e.g., educational events, email campaigns, webinars, etc.).
• Collaborate with partners to set business objectives and performance metrics (e.g., sales pipeline depth and revenue generation) to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building, developing, and maintaining relationships with technology and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors within the SMB space (including territory sales and business development).
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder with the ability to operate independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

• Willingness to travel—able to be in the field 3 days a week.
