This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Cultivate, enhance, and expand referral connections with technology partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors within the SMB sector.
• Establish and develop strategic referral networks and partnerships aimed at lead generation and exploring new partnership opportunities.
• Actively recognize and address emerging challenges while providing solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Partner with Partner Marketing to innovate and implement distinctive initiatives designed to promote partner sales (such as educational events, email campaigns, webinars, etc.).
• Collaborate with partners to set business objectives and performance metrics (including sales pipeline depth and revenue generation) to formulate and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation initiatives.
• Over 2 years of experience in cultivating, developing, and sustaining relationships with technology and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors within the SMB sector (covering territory sales and business development).
• Proven - Demonstrated success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Driven - A highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder capable of operating independently.

• Tech-savvy - Familiarity with using Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.

• Travel - Willingness to be in the field 3 days a week.
