This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Cultivate and sustain high-level relationships with strategic partners across the New York Metro and Northern NJ territory.
β’ Develop and implement collaborative business plans with key partners to enhance revenue growth and market reach.
β’ Identify, onboard, and empower new partners in areas where strategic gaps are present.
β’ Conduct regular business evaluations with partner leadership teams to assess progress towards objectives.
β’ Drive initiatives for generating pipelines influenced or sourced by partners.
β’ Work closely with field sales teams to discover, develop, and close opportunities through the channel.
β’ Align partner resources with regional sales goals and customer initiatives.
β’ Achieve or surpass assigned targets for revenue, pipeline, and partner engagement.
β’ Educate partners about company solutions, programs, incentives, and competitive advantages.
β’ Organize training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities for partner sales and technical teams.
β’ Promote effective collaboration among partner sales representatives, field account executives, solution engineers, and marketing teams.
β’ Encourage joint account planning and opportunity management processes.
β’ Collaborate with field marketing and partner marketing teams to implement regional campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliance Management, or Enterprise Technology Sales.
β’ Demonstrated success in driving revenue through indirect sales channels.
β’ Familiarity with VARs, solution providers, systems integrators, and strategic alliances.
β’ Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
β’ Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with executives.
β’ Willingness to travel throughout the New York Metro and Northern New Jersey region as needed.
