This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategic growth strategies for designated partner accounts.
• Propel premium growth, enhance partner engagement, and expand market presence within assigned partnerships.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with agency owners, brokers, producers, and partner leadership teams.
• Perform regular business reviews with partners to pinpoint opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Discover chances for increased adoption, cross-selling, and expanded product usage.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to guarantee excellent partner support and timely issue resolution.
• Track partner performance metrics, including production, submission growth, engagement, and retention rates.
• Conduct training, educational, and enabling sessions for partner teams.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Insurance, and Revenue Operations teams to bolster partner growth initiatives.
• Identify partners at risk and formulate action plans to enhance engagement and retention.
• Represent Coterie at industry and partner events when required.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and proactive relationship management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales, partner management, or agency distribution.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding partner relationships.
• Experience with independent agents, brokers, aggregators, or embedded insurance platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement tools.
• Experience in managing strategic relationships and executing business planning initiatives.
