This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Customer Service & Client Communication
• Promptly inform clients about website issues, ensuring they are kept updated at every stage.
• Provide clients with regular project updates and timeline check-ins, allowing them to stay informed about progress.
• Assess requests to verify if they are within the project scope; if not, prepare and send revised scopes for client approval.
• Optimize and oversee the ticket support system along with internal processes.
• Service Delivery
• Create SEO-compliant content and engaging sales copy.
• Administer website hosting and deliver technical support for clients (PHP, JavaScript, WordPress).
• Diagnose and address website issues as they arise.
• Oversee WordPress updates to ensure that sites are up to date.
• Ensure that websites adhere to SEO and ADA compliance standards.
• Strategically utilize AI tools for plugin development and ongoing product quality enhancement.
• Assist in project management by developing systems, coordinating with team members, and maintaining deliverables and timelines.
• Marketing Support
• Aid marketing initiatives from strategy formulation and benchmarking to execution.
• Oversee and enhance Google Ads campaigns.
• Admin
• Manage email correspondence and respond to clients promptly and professionally.
• Conduct bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure continual tax compliance.
• Draft Scopes of Work and client contracts.
• You are truly self-sufficient, capable of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independently navigating tasks without needing detailed guidance.
• You possess a portfolio that effectively showcases your skills—mere claims without evidence are insufficient.
• You are comfortable participating in a 'show and tell' interview format, where you will present your work and demonstrate your practical abilities prior to any hiring decision.
• You have practical experience with WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and client-facing communications.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, whether through client emails, scopes of work, or sales pages.
• You are organized, proactive, and take initiative in managing your responsibilities without needing reminders.
