
Part-time Virtual Administrative Assistant – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in crafting proposals and creating presentation PowerPoints that are both professional and visually appealing.
• Develop internal processes and systems for service offerings.
• Provide marketing assistance by helping to establish the brand and enhance brand awareness; implement innovative marketing strategies; manage and redesign the company website; produce marketing materials and content; identify and expand marketing channels; plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns.
• Supervise website renovations and ensure ongoing website maintenance.
• Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
• Aid with HR and recruitment activities.
• Offer general administrative and personal assistance.
• Preferred education beyond high school.
• A bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Advanced training and certifications in marketing are highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position.
• Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Above-average interpersonal and communication skills; exceptional email and phone etiquette; a keen eye for aesthetics, wording, and grammar is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, creative-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated professionalism and accountability in all tasks.
• A self-starter who effectively initiates activities and works independently.
• Self-motivated with outstanding project management skills.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys developing processes and systems.
• Passionate about research and learning.
• A strong enthusiasm for marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe and InDesign is preferred; knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML is a plus.
• Must possess excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms is preferred.
• Exceptional social media skills.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
• Stable internet connection; working computer and webcam; cell phone.
