This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture relationships with concierge agents, addressing their booking requests primarily through telephone communication.
• Accurately process bookings across both online and offline platforms.
• Collaborate with our supplier network to guarantee the smooth fulfillment of partner requests.
• Address partner inquiries with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Convey relevant partner feedback to the Trade Manager to aid in continuous service enhancement.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our complete array of shows and attractions.
• Prior experience in customer service; knowledge of the travel industry is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
• Strong communication abilities — both written and verbal — along with a confident telephone demeanor.
