
Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Responsible for selling and ensuring complete distribution of all authorized Hershey products within the designated territory.
• Guarantee impeccable execution of retail strategies and merchandising plans in collaboration with various retailers.
• Meet all merchandising goals by effectively utilizing Permanent Secondary Displays and other display methods outlined in the Retail Execution Plan.
• Document weekly activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and all administrative tasks related to the assigned territory.
• Record daily activities using tablets, with submissions required at the end of each day.
• Manage the Sales Territory, which varies based on size, number of retailers, and geographical location.
• A valid driver's license issued by a US state is required.
• A personal vehicle in good working order is necessary.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 for property damage.
• Candidate must either reside in or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries specified in the job description.
• Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales visits each day is essential.
• Must be able to regularly lift weights between 10-40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and manual dexterity are required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficiency in using tablet technology is a must.
• Daily access to wireless internet is required.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in territory coverage are necessary.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week is expected.
• Mileage reimbursement at a rate of 62 cents per mile.
