This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluate local, state, and national assessment data concerning individual student performance and school enhancement, particularly focusing on at-risk students.
• Create and uphold historical student and school data records to track and monitor performance.
• Analyze and discuss assessment data with administrators and educators.
• Aggregate data from various assessments to form achievement profiles for students, subjects, grade levels, or schools.
• Educate faculty and school personnel on utilizing data to enhance instruction and bridge learning and achievement gaps.
• Guarantee the accuracy of data provided to staff and stakeholders.
• Participate in relevant training sessions and conferences aimed at supporting school improvement efforts.
• Must reside in Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline, along with two years of experience as a data analyst, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time.
• Must pass a mandatory background check.
• Proven experience in utilizing academic data to influence instruction and strategic planning for schools.
• Familiarity with data processing software.
• Capability to explain testing and statistical concepts to administrators, teachers, and parents.
• Proficient in conveying technical information clearly both in written and spoken forms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff across different responsibilities.
• Understanding of quality management systems and strategic planning.
• Willingness to learn new software and processes.
• Skills in designing and formatting data files and tables, along with modifying and updating structures.
• Competence in planning and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with various types of student assessment data.
• Experience in handling large data sets, including analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
• Proficient in SQL and Snowflake.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive interaction with teachers, administrators, and support staff.
• Knowledge of the school improvement process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
