Part-time Sales Consultant, Bra Fit Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist associates with Bra Fit Training and the promotion of our brands.

• Implement retail merchandising through visual displays, training, space negotiation, relationship building, effective communication, and presentations.

• Develop the Natori/Skarlett Blue business at each account.

• Educate and collaborate with consumers and sales associates on product assortment, new product launches, promotions, and events.

• Organize the sales floor and stockrooms to promote and enhance sales growth.

• Lead special events such as Fit events for consumers and competitions for sales associates.

• Maintain communication with the Manager and Account Executives regarding store visits and account updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of lingerie fitting experience (required).

• At least 5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale role for a retailer or apparel brand.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and writing abilities.

• Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying brand messages to individuals and groups both in person and online.

• A high level of energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm is essential.

• Proven strengths in customer service and merchandising.
