Part-Time RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver asynchronous clinical care and education to members in alignment with RN practice standards.

• Assist healthcare providers in reviewing and preparing prescriptions, ordering laboratory tests, and verifying state PDMP.

• Provide lab and imaging results to members and external entities while addressing medical inquiries.

• Aid in the completion of clinical documentation and paperwork in collaboration with Member Support/Navigation.

• Work together with referral specialists on specialty referrals, which includes generating referrals at the request of clinicians.

• Engage in and support Quality Assurance initiatives.

• Conduct training sessions for members on individual or group video injections.

• Clinical experience in serving the LGBTQAI+ community.

• Valid RN license.

• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and colleagues.

• Commitment to FOLX’s mission and the informed consent model of care.

• Capability to thoroughly address patient inquiries and connect them with relevant resources and referrals.

• Strong decision-making and communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and patient follow-ups in a remote setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations across various races, ethnicities, economic statuses, and educational backgrounds.

• This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, including weekend availability.
