Part-time Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Pipeline Management: Actively identify, cultivate, and enhance a steady stream of qualified candidates for concierge service positions across diverse regions.

• Talent Sourcing: Leverage external job boards and adeptly navigate the internal candidate database to pinpoint the best talent profiles.

• Candidate Evaluation: Perform comprehensive interviews and evaluations of shortlisted candidates to ensure they meet service standards.

• Verification and Screening: Carry out all necessary candidate screening and verification processes before placement.

• Onboarding Delivery: Organize and facilitate well-structured onboarding procedures for successful candidates.

• System Administration: Keep precise and current candidate records and monitor recruitment progress within a structured Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and operations leaders to define job specifications, align on candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on the pipeline.

• Recruitment Reporting: Monitor and report on essential recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and source effectiveness to guide hiring strategies.

• Over 5 years of experience managing full-cycle or 360-degree recruitment processes.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight in a remote-first setting.

• Availability for flexible part-time hours with guaranteed presence during required time zone overlap periods.

• Dependable remote working setup.

• Experience with a structured Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and digital talent sourcing tools.

• Previous experience sourcing talent in the hospitality, personal assistance, or concierge service sectors is a significant advantage.
