Contractor Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding contractors across the nation.

• Conducts research, sources, and develops prospects within designated regions.

• Executes data research to identify the most qualified contractors within the candidate pool.

• Assesses applications and interviews to ensure candidates meet or exceed qualifications.

• Oversees new hires to confirm receipt of all paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process.

• Maintains accurate company records using contractor management software.

• Builds and nurtures strong relationships with contractors.

• Collaborates with other recruiters and management to achieve specific goals and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience is required.

• Background in construction or insurance adjusting is preferred.

• Capability to clearly communicate program details to potential contractors.

• Strong skills in statistical analysis.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office suite.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent negotiation abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
