Part-Time Recruiting Specialist – Fractional, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire recruiting process, from the initiation of roles to extending offers

• Collaborating with hiring managers to create or enhance job descriptions

• Performing compensation analysis and providing recommendations

• Handling job advertisements and ensuring accurate data management in the applicant tracking system

• Actively sourcing and engaging potential candidates, particularly for challenging positions

• Evaluating applications and conducting preliminary phone interviews to gauge qualifications and compatibility

• Designing and managing the interview process, including creating interview guides and coordinating schedules

• Maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive experience

• Assisting with offers, including negotiations related to compensation

• Coordinating background checks and reference verifications

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting

• Preferred experience supporting small teams, startups, or nonprofit organizations

• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and client-oriented environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Good judgment with the capacity to manage confidential information

• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

• Experienced with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit)

• Knowledge of project management tools (such as Asana or Monday.com)
