
Part-Time Recruiter – Hourly Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitates the complete recruitment process across designated projects.
• Collaborates closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify job requirements.
• Identifies candidates using both conventional and creative sourcing methods.
• Evaluates and interviews candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Aids in conducting background checks, testing, and pre-employment procedures.
• Manages and documents job postings and requisitions within the ATS.
• Engages in job fairs, recruitment initiatives, and employee onboarding events.
• Tracks hiring metrics and regularly reports on recruitment activities.
• Offers assistance to junior team members as needed.
• Helps in the preparation and distribution of offer packages.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Over 5 years of recruiting experience, encompassing full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy.
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong desire to develop and progress within the recruiting field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (such as UKG, etc.).
