Part-Time Real Estate Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a knowledgeable expert in the real estate sector by keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance teaching proficiency.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement and participation.

• Maintain a strong commitment to mentoring and facilitating student success.

• Effectively oversee classroom dynamics while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Respond to student inquiries throughout their educational journey and in follow-up as necessary.

• Modify teaching techniques based on feedback and constructive criticism.

• Comply with specific requirements including, but not limited to, attendance, scheduling, and addressing student concerns.

• Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to provide a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.

• Keep regular communication with product line management to stay updated on curriculum changes, student progress, and alterations to classroom schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Possession of a Real Estate License, along with state-required experience and/or education to qualify as an instructor.

• Proficient in Google applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Zoom platform.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Capability to effectively leverage technology.

• Flexibility to adapt to new teaching methodologies and modifications in course materials as needed.

• Strong interpersonal skills (for live online and video interactions) and a friendly demeanor.

• Proven time management and organizational capabilities.

• Effective presentation and teaching skills.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
