Part-time Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the comprehensive project plan, creating actionable implementation strategies based on consultations with clients and internal teams.

• Actively oversee and motivate project contributors, ensuring that all internal team members and external stakeholders are aware of deadlines and comprehend how their responsibilities affect overall project outcomes.

• Proactively recognize project risks, highlight bottlenecks, and communicate any delays to leadership while devising corrective measures.

• Collaborate closely with Business Consultants to guarantee that multifaceted change management initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Evaluate existing consulting operational workflows and propose structural modifications to enhance delivery efficiency and manage internal resources effectively.

• Maintain internal reporting systems, utilizing technical tools to consolidate updates into clear, visual progress dashboards for executive review.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with external suppliers and establish dependable talent pipelines for freelance resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Over 6 years of specialized project management experience, ideally in a business consultancy or corporate setting.

• Established experience operating within intricate corporate structures, possessing a deep understanding of internal corporate dynamics and high-pressure environments.

• Proven success in developing, implementing, and evaluating operational processes.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Evidence of ongoing, self-funded professional development courses or project management certifications.

• Advanced knowledge of Monday.com for workflow automation.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting on progress dashboards and tracking data.
