Part-Time Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough, evidence-driven virtual medical assessments.

• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring charts are signed within 24 hours.

• Address patient inquiries with clarity and compassion.

• Order necessary lab tests, interpret their outcomes, and prescribe suitable medications.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Commit to at least 10 hours of patient-facing interactions weekly.

• Uphold high standards of care, ensuring appointment availability, above-average patient satisfaction, and timely responses to patient communications within one business day.

• Onboard new patients and deliver ongoing follow-up care.

• Manage laboratory orders and prescriptions while addressing clinical inquiries.

• Offer gender-affirming hormone therapy and expanded clinical services to patients across the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Missouri medical license and residency.

• Good standing with your professional licensing board.

• Profound appreciation and insight into the trans experience.

• Experience in prescribing behavioral health medications for conditions such as depression and anxiety.

• Familiarity with established Guidelines for Access to Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy (GAHT), including an informed consent model of care.

• Comfort and experience working with diverse teams.

• Ability to provide patient care in a fully remote setting.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs), email communication, and app-based platforms.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Legally authorized to work in the USA and residing within the country.

• Three or more state licenses (preferred).

• Experience with telehealth, particularly in direct-to-consumer telehealth or startup environments (preferred).
