Part-Time Onboarding Consultant – Recruitment Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls daily with potential clients seeking executive recruitment services.

• Navigate each inquiry through a structured qualification framework to ensure a mutual fit.

• Clearly convey the benefits of our recruitment solutions, emphasizing business impact and ROI.

• Exhibit active listening skills and maintain a highly professional demeanor during all conversations.

• Capture essential requirements and insights, seamlessly transitioning qualified prospects to the recruiting team.

• Provide prompt follow-up for leads and newly onboarded clients, addressing any questions they may have.

• Collaborate with administration to ensure next steps, timelines, and expectations are well documented.

• Immediately log call notes, statuses, and next steps in the CRM and Slack after each interaction.

• Monitor personal pipeline metrics and suggest process enhancements to boost conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in full-cycle recruiting or consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing service engagements.

• Strong, confident written and verbal communication skills that can translate complex hiring solutions into client-friendly terms.

• Utilizes probing questions to identify needs; summarizes key points to ensure understanding.

• Quickly interprets data and client feedback, subsequently proposing practical process improvements.

• Proficient in navigating CRM platforms, Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office software to log notes and track pipelines.

• Capable of managing time independently and consistently achieving agreed-upon KPIs from a professional home office.

• Minimum of 25+ years of any previous work experience.
